Manuka Honey and Cinnamon Milk Shake
The nourishing richness of New Zealand Honey Co. Manuka Honey (Use either the UMF rated or unrated varieties) with cinnamon is a winning formula for good health. It has been discovered that these two ingredients combined are excellent for internal well-being and the combination tastes delicious too. Great for all the family at any time of day.

- 1 & 1/2 cups milk, cold
- 1 cup natural unsweetened yoghurt, cold
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons manuka honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Gently warm honey and cinnamon in a small pot, just enough that it is pourable. Blend all ingredients together. Sprinkle with extra cinnamon and serve.
